Shipping & Delivery Policy


 

Order Processing 

At Noha Moroccan Cosmetics, we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, with most fulfilled the same day.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Holiday processing time: Up to 5 business days
  • High-demand periods: Please allow up to an additional week for processing

Pre-Orders:

Items on pre-order are expected to ship within 2–3 weeks. If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order will be shipped together once all items are ready. To receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Shipping Options

  • Domestic (UK): Free standard shipping on orders over £45. Orders under £45 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
  • International: We ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by region. Please note free shipping is not available for international orders.

Delivery Times

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible once it has shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • UK Orders: Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-order items may increase processing and delivery times. Carrier or weather delays may also affect your shipment and, in rare cases, cause delays or lost packages.
  • International Orders: Depending on your location and customs clearance, delivery can take 7–21 business days. In some cases, it may take longer due to customs processing or courier delays outside our control. Pre-order items will also extend the delivery timeframe.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or other import-related fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations and policies. These charges are set by your local government and are not within our control.

As the recipient, you are responsible for covering any such costs to ensure your package clears customs successfully. By placing an order on our website, you agree to take responsibility for these fees and acknowledge that they may vary depending on your location. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details on potential costs before placing your order.

 

 

Order Tracking

 

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the information provided at the time of shipment to ensure timely receipt of their packages. Once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided, the order will be considered successfully delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

In cases where a chargeback is initiated claiming non-receipt, but tracking confirms the item is in transit or delivered, we reserve the right to dispute the claim. If the tracking status shows “Delivered” and the package is unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier directly, as Noha Moroccan Cosmetics cannot offer refunds or replacements for unclaimed packages.

For shipments marked as lost or significantly delayed by the courier, customers must contact us within 5 days so we can assist with filing a claim.

 

 

 

Shipping & Carrier Liability

 

At Noha Moroccan Cosmetics, we take every precaution to ensure your order is carefully prepared, securely packaged, and handed over to a trusted courier. Once the package leaves our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that Noha Moroccan Cosmetics is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or delays that occur during transit.

Tracking information is provided for every shipment so you can monitor your package’s progress. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbours or building staff and contacting the courier to investigate or file a claim.

Please note that Noha Moroccan Cosmetics cannot issue refunds or replacements for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. By completing a purchase, you agree to this Shipping & Carrier Liability Policy.

Chargeback & Fraud Prevention Policy

At Noha Moroccan Cosmetics, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. To ensure fair and honest transactions, we have established the following chargeback and fraud prevention policy:

1. Order Verification

  • All orders are subject to verification checks to ensure the safety and security of both our customers and our business. This may include address verification, payment method validation, and IP address review.
  • If any discrepancies or high-risk indicators are detected, we reserve the right to request additional verification from the customer (e.g., government-issued ID or proof of billing address) before processing or shipping the order.

2. Delivery Confirmation

 

  • We use reliable shipping carriers that provide tracking information and proof of delivery. Once an order is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, the transaction will be considered complete.
  • If you believe there is an issue with delivery, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

3. Dispute Resolution

  • Customers are encouraged to contact our customer support team to resolve any issues with their order before initiating a chargeback.
  • Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be considered fraudulent and will be contested with supporting evidence, including proof of delivery and fraud analysis.


4. Fraudulent Activity

 

  • We take fraudulent activity and chargeback abuse seriously. If we identify patterns of chargeback abuse or suspect fraudulent behaviour, we reserve the right to:
    • Cancel current and future orders.
    • Report the activity to the relevant authorities.
    • Place the customer on a shared industry blacklist for fraudulent buyers.

Subscription Policy & Fraud Dispute Notice

 

To maintain the integrity of our services, we reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks or fraudulent claims related to subscription purchases. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations made before the second subscription order has been fulfilled.

All Subscribe & Save orders require a minimum of two completed purchases before cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at noha_moroccancosmetics@outlook.com before your next renewal date—after your second order has been processed. By enabling Subscribe & Save, you agree to be charged for your first and second order before you are able to cancel.

5. Identity Verification

To protect against unauthorised purchases, we may require identity verification for certain orders flagged by our fraud detection system.

Failure to provide the requested verification may result in order cancellation.


6. Return and Refund Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to abide by our terms and acknowledge that fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of the dispute process may result in further action.
