At Noha Moroccan Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping, delivery expectations, and order responsibilities.

1. Order Processing Times

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Standard Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Holiday Periods

During public holidays, promotional events, or seasonal periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

High-Volume Periods

During exceptionally busy periods, processing times may be extended. Please allow up to an additional 7 business days for dispatch.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping and delivery estimates.

2. Pre-Order Items

Products listed as Pre-Order are expected to dispatch within approximately 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Where an order includes both pre-order and in-stock products, the complete order will be shipped together once all items are available.

To receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order products.

3. Shipping Options

United Kingdom Shipping

We offer FREE Standard UK Shipping on all orders over £65.

Orders below £65 will have shipping fees automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, parcel weight, and courier availability.

Please note that free shipping promotions apply to UK orders only and are not available for international destinations.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK Deliveries

Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days

Delivery estimates exclude weekends, bank holidays, and courier disruptions.

Orders containing pre-order items may require additional time before shipment.

International Deliveries

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

International transit times may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and local courier services.

Please note that customs inspections or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery timeframes beyond our estimated window.

5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

For international shipments, your country may impose customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or additional clearance charges.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Noha Moroccan Cosmetics.

The customer is solely responsible for any customs or import-related fees required for delivery.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for these charges.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before purchasing if you are unsure about potential fees.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where applicable).

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.

Please ensure all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate, as Noha Moroccan Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

An order will be considered successfully fulfilled once the courier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided.

7. Lost, Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery timeframe so we can assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

If tracking confirms a parcel as “Delivered”, but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbours or household members;
  • Contacting your local courier office;
  • Verifying any safe place delivery locations.

Noha Moroccan Cosmetics cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.

8. Shipping Responsibility & Carrier Liability

We take great care in preparing, packaging, and dispatching every order securely.

Once an order has been transferred to the courier, responsibility for transportation rests with the shipping carrier.

While we only work with trusted delivery partners, Noha Moroccan Cosmetics is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this shipping responsibility policy.

Where appropriate, customers may need to file a claim directly with the courier service.

9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

At Noha Moroccan Cosmetics, we take payment security and fraud prevention seriously to protect both our customers and business.

Order Verification

Orders may be subject to verification procedures, including:

  • Payment authentication;
  • Fraud risk analysis;
  • IP and billing consistency checks.

Delivery Confirmation & Transaction Completion

All shipments include delivery tracking where available.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” to the address entered at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.

If there is an issue with delivery, customers must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate promptly.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks submitted without prior contact may be formally disputed where supporting evidence exists, including:

  • Proof of shipment;
  • Delivery confirmation;
  • Tracking records;
  • Fraud prevention verification.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity will be investigated and contested.

Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and restrict future purchases where fraudulent behaviour or chargeback abuse is suspected.

In serious cases, fraudulent activity may be reported to relevant authorities or financial institutions.

10. Subscription Terms (If Applicable)

Customers enrolled in any Subscribe & Save service agree to a minimum commitment of two completed subscription orders before cancellation becomes available.

Subscription cancellations must be requested before the next renewal date following the second completed order.

11. Return & Refund Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to our policies relating to:

  • Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
