Returns and refund Policy

At Noha Moroccan Cosmetics, we take pride in creating high-quality products designed to elevate your self-care experience. Every item is prepared with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our skincare and cosmetic products, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items. However, customer satisfaction remains extremely important to us, and we are committed to resolving any genuine concerns fairly.

Please review our policy below before making a purchase.


1. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the matter quickly, please include:

 

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the product and packaging

Once reviewed by our customer care team, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund where appropriate

Requests submitted outside the 7-day period may not be eligible for review.

2. Return Eligibility

Where a return is approved, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition;
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging;
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Returns requested after 30 days from purchase may not be accepted.

All returns require proof of purchase and written approval from our customer support team before being sent back.

Please do not return products without authorisation, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous or regulated materials

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery;
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable;
  • Additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

Noha Moroccan Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate customer information.


5. Refund Process

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the outcome of your request.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

If your refund has not appeared after a reasonable period, we recommend:

  1. Checking your bank account again;
  1. Contacting your payment provider or card issuer;
  2. Contacting us directly for further assistance.

6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Damaged in transit;
  • Defective;
  • Incorrectly supplied.

Where an exchange is approved, we will replace the item with the same product, subject to stock availability.

7. Gift Orders

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, approved returns may qualify for store credit equivalent to the returned item’s value.

Where applicable, a digital gift credit will be issued once the return has been received and approved.

If the original order was not marked as a gift, any approved refund will be returned to the original purchaser.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable;
  • Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed;
  • Refund amounts may exclude original delivery costs.

For higher-value returns (over £50), we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Noha Moroccan Cosmetics cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

9. Processing Times for Refunds & Exchanges

Once approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider);
  • Replacement items will be dispatched according to our standard processing times.

Delivery timeframes for exchanged items may vary depending on destination.

By placing an order through Noha Moroccan Cosmetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Exchange Policy.
