Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At Noha Moroccan Cosmetics, our mission is to elevate your self-care routine with products that reflect the finest quality and care. Each item is carefully crafted, and we are confident you’ll love your purchase.

Because of the personal nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, if your order arrives defective or does not meet our high standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at noha_moroccancosmetics@outlook.com. Our customer care team will review your case individually, and if eligible, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit to ensure you have the best possible experience.

 

 

 

Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Address

 

If your shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping your order. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by customer address errors.

 

 

 

Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials

Proof of purchase is required for all returns, and items must be returned to the address provided by our customer support team.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases, such as items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not caused by us. Supporting evidence will be required.

 

 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please email us at noha_moroccancosmetics@outlook.com.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be sent directly to the purchaser.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For items valued over £50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
